All services marketed under the RevenueOS brand are provided by Lumina Software. RevenueOS is not a separate legal entity but a subdivision and trade name of Lumina Software. The service agreement is between the client and Lumina Software.

3. Services Description

RevenueOS provides AI-powered revenue recovery systems for businesses, including but not limited to:

• Instant lead response systems
• AI conversation handling
• Missed call text-back automation
• Automated follow-up sequences
• Appointment booking and confirmation
• No-show and lost lead recovery
• Review generation systems
• Customer reactivation campaigns
• Pipeline and sales tracking
• Ongoing optimization and maintenance

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the RevenueOS website and platform are owned by Lumina Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Software (operating as RevenueOS) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumina Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform and services will be revoked, and any outstanding fees will become due.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumina Software operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
